Since Tuesday, most parishes have opened their doors to serve as evacuation centers for displaced families.

As of Friday morning, several villages in Naga City, including Triangulo, Mabolo, Sabang, Igualdad, Sta. Cruz, Abella, Bagumbayan Sur, Tinago, and Tabuco, remained submerged in floodwaters.

Many of the affected residents are running low on supplies, particularly those trapped in their homes, forced to stay on rooftops or higher ground.
