The New Orleans Pelicans will be without guard CJ McCollum and forward Herb Jones for a few weeks, the NBA team announced Friday.
McCollum, 33, will be sidelined approximately two-to-three weeks after being diagnosed with a right adductor strain.

McCollum is contributing 19.5 points, 3.8 assists and 3.6 rebounds in 735 career games (638 starts) with the Portland Trail Blazers and Pelicans. He was selected by the Trail Blazers with the 10th overall pick of the 2013 NBA Draft.

Article continues after this advertisementJones, 26, will be out approximately two-to-four weeks after sustaining a right shoulder strain and small low-grade partial thickness tear in his rotator cuff.
He is averaging 6.8 points and 2.5 rebounds in four games (all starts) this season.
