MANILA, Philippines – Parañaque police arrested a Chinese man for grave threat and firearm violation complaints, the Southern Police District (SPD) said on Thursday.
According to the SPD, alias “Liu,” 32, was on board a white Ford Explorer on Wednesday evening when he had a heated argument, pulled out a firearm, and pointed it at alias “Fang,” 24, also a Chinese national.
Article continues after this advertisementThe driver, alias “Mark,” 27, stopped the vehicle, sought help from a bystander who alerted the police and with Fang, disarmed Liu by the time cops arrived to arrest the suspect near a hotel in Barangay Don Galo.

The Parañaque City Police Station Investigation and Detective Management Section seized a 9mm pistol, loaded with five rounds of ammunition.
